Fresh product

Our processing plants are located within the fish farm. The fish are automatically transported to the processing bins. The whole product will be frozen and stocked in our cold-storage room within an hour.

Traceability

Daily reports on our fish records from the egg up to their processing.

 

Food safety

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) implemented in the evisceration and freezing room since 2001.

 

Sanitary program

Strict veterinary check both in our hatchery and growth centers. The plan comprises our centers' biosafety (quarantines, disinfections, licensing of suppliers, etc.), vaccinations and quality samplings.

 

Control

We have our own laboratory and concerted technical and analytical services together with other laboratories in order to guarantee the trust in our products.

 

Technology

Our facilities incorporate the latest advances in food technology, among which there are high-precision weighing lines, metal detectors and our chambers to stock 200 tons of product.

 

Logistics

Refrigerated trucks to transport our fish to the ports of Corunna and Vigo daily, from where it is distributed to all our clients.

 

Research

Our departments are constantly working on the optimization of our reports.
